Effectively ensures stable filling even with less material in the hopper, improving material utilization and making the tablet dosage more accurate.
Stable filling, high transmission efficiency
Filling is controlled by a servo motor, with high precision. It adopts a direct connection structure between the motor and the reducer, improving transmission efficiency. The filling guide rail is lifted by a precision ball screw, with small return stroke, ensuring stable filling and metering.
Modular design of the pressure wheel
The main and pre-pressure systems are designed with two identical structures. The distance from pre-pressure to main pressure is relatively long, ensuring sufficient exhaust during the pressing process and the quality of the pressed tablets. Each pressure wheel has an independent lubrication device to reduce friction between the punch and the pressure wheel, extending the service life of the pressure wheel and punch.
Adjustable punch die depth
By adjusting the eccentric shaft to adjust the depth of the upper punch into the die and the position of the pressure wheel, the scale value indicates the depth of the punch into the die. A locating pin is set on the adjusting shaft to prevent the pressure wheel from shifting.
Combination guide rail components
Both upper and lower guide rails adopt a combination type. After wear, only the worn part needs to be replaced, making replacement and maintenance convenient and saving costs.
Imported pressure sensor
Uses the American VISHAY LCD-22.7t TT pressure sensor for precise sampling of tablet pressing pressure, with precise pressure value display and control.
Permanent magnet type lower punch damper
Ensures consistent damping of the lower punch, and the damping will never fail. This makes the punch run smoothly up and down, reducing the risk of dropping punches and minimizing variations in tablet weight. The spring and cover at the rear of the damper prevent magnetic failure of the damper under centrifugal force, ensuring stable use of the damper.
